I received the 2 adapters in good time. One adapter retention magnet for the hex bit is useless. The magnet is very weak, barely holds the hex bit in place therefore this adapter can't be used for risk of the hex bit falling out. The other adapter retention magnet is strong and holds the hex bit securely.
Suggest your quality control department addresses this issue.

If I may offer a suggestion; eliminate the retention magnet issue all together and make one piece adapters with a square male on one end and hex bit on the other end. Offer two sizes; 3/8" & 1/4" square ends with Philips #2 & #3 hex bit on the other.
